Zoom Users will login at Oklahoma.Zoom.us or OUHSC.Zoom.us. OU IT is providing a Pro license to all OU/OUHSC Faculty, Staff, Students, Residents and Affiliates. Zoom Add-On licenses, such as Webinar and Large Meeting can be purchased for an additional cost. Please see Request tab for more information. A Zoom Webinar or Large Meeting license for streaming events, lunch and learns, and lectures is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see Request tab for the request form.
Zoom is a communications software that combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat and mobile collaboration. Zoom allows for HD video and high-quality audio for all meetings. It contains collaboration tools, that allow multiple participants can share their screens simultaneously and co-annotate for a more interactive meeting. Zoom also supports scheduling or starting meetings from Outlook, Gmail, or iCal. Zoom Meetings syncs with your calendar system and delivers streamlined enterprise-grade video conferencing from desktop and mobile. You can access your free Pro account by going to Oklahoma.zoom.us and logging in with your OU Net ID and OU Password or OUHSC.Zoom.us and logging in with your OUHSC Username and Password.

All OU/OUHSC faculty, staff, students, residents and affiliates receive a Pro Licensed account.

Users can request a Zoom webinar (100 or 500 User) if they do not believe that their department will need to purchase an annual license. These loaner Webinar licenses are first come first serve. Users will receive their license at minimum 48 hours prior to their event dates and will have the license revoked at minimum 24 hours after their event. If a department is needing to run registration, they can open registration for a regular meeting and convert that meeting to a webinar.
Users will also need to run any reports needed prior to the revoking of the webinar license. Users who need to request a Webinar Loaner License, should fill out the form Webinar Loaner License below. Departments that wish to purchase a Zoom add-on license, such as Webinar or Large Meeting should make their Request below, in the Purchase Add-on Form. Orders are placed on the third Friday of each Month. Please have your request in by the Wednesday before the third Friday. License(s) will be processed as quickly as possible, but could take up to 3 weeks. Billing will be processed once order is placed and cannot be cancelled until the end of the currently purchased fiscal year. Purchases are good until the end of the current fiscal year.
