General Support Coverage is available during the following times.
- 7:30am – 9pm, Monday – Thursday
- 7:30am – 7pm, Friday
Summer/Winter Semesters (and some holiday breaks):
- 7:30am – 6pm, Monday – Thursday
- 7:30am – 5pm, Friday
Regarding software requests, software that is required for the beginning of the semester must be made available to the IT Learning Spaces team no later than one month (20 business days) prior to the first day of classes for the semester in question.
Any changes to operating system configuration or installation of software packages will occur no later than 4 weeks (20 business days) from receipt of accurate, up-to-date licensing information and necessary software installation files and/or media.
