The OU IT Service Catalog is a single online location that defines and categorizes the services and solutions we provide; bringing them closer to faculty, staff, and students. Its purpose is to assist our customers in locating and requesting IT services quickly and easily, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
Each service has an overview page that presents key information including service availability, cost, ordering, features, and support. When requesting a service, users will be directed to a form that will prompt for the required information. Your service request will route automatically through the provisioning process.
