Walk In Support
OU IT Service Centers have been established across campus to help members of the OU campus community get back up and running quickly when they have technology problems. We can help with OU account issues, give guidance on OU Systems and software questions, and even provide support with your personal or OU-owned computers and other devices. We are Apple and Dell warranty certified, meaning we can repair these devices under the manufacturer’s warranty. For out of warranty device support, or for assistance with software issues, we can still save the day, but may require a small bench fee prior to providing service.
